Directions:

Take Sam Houston Ave South to Lake Rd by HEB and turn right. Go to Nottingham and take right. We are on the left.

From 45 North - Exit Montgomery Rd, take left on the first light then a left at the second light. The first road to the right will be Lake Rd. Turn right onto Lake Rd. Turn left off Lake Rd. onto Nottingham and we are on the left.

From 45 South - Exit Montgomery Rd. and go straight thru the light. The first road to the right will be Lake Rd. Turn right onto Lake Rd. Turn left off lake rd. onto Nottingham and we are on the left.

Parents are important people too! With our VIP (Very Important Parent) Program, parents are treated with special gifts and are included in events on-site year round.

Parental Guarantors

At all Place Properties, each resident is required to have a guarantor if they do not meet the rental qualifying guidelines of the property at which you are applying. This person certifies that in the event that a resident does not pay their rent, the guarantor will. Not a parent? No worries. A guardian, family member or another adult may also act as a resident’s lease guarantor.
